WORKSHOPS 1-3
Year 2 at John Donne R.C. Primary School, Peckham.
Beginning exams at a young age is a difficult process
to go through, especially when your child is in Year 2 taking their first SATS test. During my residency at John Donne Primary School in Peckham, Laura had the pleasure of working with the wonderful year 2's during their SATS week. The Creative Connection Workshops, explores all aspects of learning and how the nature of it can become enhanced through creativity and making. Throughout these three days, Hepworth has worked with the year 2's on a number of creative activities such as, large web installing, mini web making, and formation drawing. |

During the second day of workshops, the year 2's had a great time of building their own miniature webs, using wooden sticks and colourful cotton thread.

FORMATION WORKSHOP 0.3On the third day, the year 2's took part in some Formation drawing, becoming scientific inventor for the day and designing their very own universe. Through the mastering of Hepworth's drawing machines, the children created some fantastic outcomes, using colourful pens attached to string with tracing paper.
